FUR BEAU

About the Album

Fur Beau is an album that was designed to help reduce stress and anxiety in cats.

After my cat Beau went through two surgeries, being a Perineal Urethrostomy and a Double Cystotomy, we noticed he was still really distressed for the first few days. I did some research in ways to reduce cat stress and started studying up on music for cat anxiety and stress.

Excited by the information I learned, I began writing the album Fur Beau. Almost immediately we noticed Beau’s rapid breathing had stopped and he started sleeping for longer periods.

Fur Beau was then sent to a local vet who tried the songs on recovering cats. For about 4 months we had a back and forth which lead to the final version of Fur Beau.

I’m happy to release this album and excited for more music to help my little one and other little ones who experience similar traumas.
